Our organization was founded on the vision of creating meaningful, community-based services that support individuals with developmental disabilities and aging adults across the lifespan.

(Building Adult Skills & Independence Campus), residential and in-home supports, community integration, and supported employment, we focus on building real-life skills, fostering connection, and empowering individuals to thrive in today's world.

Residential services
Our Residential and In-Home Services support individuals with disabilities and aging adults in living safely and independently in the setting that best meets their needs. We offer Group Homes, Shared Living, In-Home Supported Family Services, Respite, Personal Care, and Chore Services. Whether in a structured residential environment or aging in place at home, our person-centered approach promotes dignity, independence, and meaningful quality of life.
Community integration
Community Integration services help individuals with developmental differences engage meaningfully with their surroundings. We create opportunities for personal growth by facilitating participation in local events, programs, and activities that reflect individual interests. Our dedicated team works closely with each person to identify goals and support their journey toward independence.
Supported Employment and Voc Rehab
Our Employment Support services empower individuals with developmental differences to achieve their career aspirations. We offer personalized assistance in job searching, resume building, and interview preparation, ensuring each person is confident and prepared for the workforce. Collaborating with local businesses, we create pathways for meaningful employment opportunities that align with individual skills and interests.
BASICS+ (Adult Skills & Independence Campus) DAY SERVICES
Our program goes beyond traditional day services by focusing on real-life skill development, social connection, and modern-day independence. Participants engage in meaningful daily activities that promote physical wellness, cognitive stimulation, and community involvement — all within a safe and supportive environment. A key component of B.A.S.I.C is helping aging adults stay connected and confident with technology.
B.A.S.I.C. workforce & career pathways program
The B.A.S.I.C. Workforce & Career Pathways Program is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental differences gain essential job skills and connect with meaningful employment opportunities. This program fosters long-term independence by providing personalized training, resume building, interview preparation, and job placement assistance. Participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for the workforce while receiving ongoing support and guidance from our compassionate team. Our goal is to empower individuals to achieve their career aspirations and thrive in their communities.

A Place Meant provides transportation support to help eligible participants get to and from approved services safely and consistently.
Transportation may be available for: Day Services, Community Integration, Vocational Rehabilitation, Life Skills Training, Adult Day / Aging-in-Place Services, and approved community activities connected to the service plan.
Transportation is based on the participant's approved schedule, location, program eligibility, and service plan. Our goal is to remove barriers, promote independence, and help individuals stay connected to meaningful services and community activities.
